Hey Backers,
Here's the latest on Wave 2 shipments:
Asia, Europe, UK: Shipped!
US/South America: On the water. Anticipating a mid-March arrival, with fulfillment stretching into April.
Canada: We were under the impression last month that the container had shipped ahead of Chinese New Year, but it was unable to get on the water before the holidays after all. Currently scheduled to be on the water next week. Arrival and fulfillment in early April.
Australia/NZ: We were under the impression last month that the container had shipped ahead of Chinese New Year, but it was unable to get on the water before the holidays after all. It has now been delayed, and is looking like it will be on the water in mid-March. This is putting fulfillment in late April/early May.
We're aware that this delay is a bit frustrating for Canadian and Australian backers, but we're working on getting these games moving to you as quickly as possible. We apologize for sharing incorrect information last month.
A friendly reminder: If you don't see your sleeves right away, don't worry! They're packed inside the game boxes.
US Tariffs: While new tariffs are now in place, we're absorbing these costs for this project. Future projects will include a separate tariff fee for US backers.

Third Thursday Update January- Wave 2 On the Move

Great news!
Wave 1 of Panda Spin fulfillment is complete! 🎉 This wave included US/EU orders without any add-ons.
Didn't get your game? If you were in Wave 1 and haven't received your game yet, please double-check your inbox for the address confirmation email. If you missed it, no worries! Just submit a ticket at the link below and we'll get you sorted out.
Wave 2 is on its way!
Here's the latest on Wave 2 shipments:

Asia: Games are shipping this week from China! 🚢

EU: Arriving late January and shipping out in early February.

UK: Arriving in the EU and transferring to Zatu Games for fulfillment in mid-February.

US+SA/Canada/Australia: The container shipped this week and is expected to arrive in mid/late February, with fulfillment starting in March.
Important Note: Don't worry if you don't see your sleeves right away – they're packed inside the game boxes!
We know you're eager to get your paws on Panda Spin, and we appreciate your patience. Adding all those awesome add-ons took a little extra time to prepare for printing, but everything is on track now!

Shipping Update! Duplicate Shipments in the US

Just a few quick updates for you!
Wave 1 Shipping
To clarify, as some folks have reached out looking for their games, we have sent Panda Spin orders containing *only the core game* to backers in Europe and the US ahead of standard fulfillment. If you ordered the playmat or sleeves with your game, shipping on those will be in wave 2.
Duplicate Shipments (US Only)
Some backers in the US have received a double shipment due to a misprinting of shipping labels. Miniature Market, our US warehouse, is aware of the issue and has been reaching out to those affected. If you have been affected but have not heard from Miniature Market, please reach out to us via our support system. We appreciate your support in returning the excess copies at your earliest convenience, as Miniature Market should provide the shipping labels for that.
Wave 2 Shipping
Great news! Wave 2 shipments are starting very soon.
Asia-based backers: Your games should be on their way to you in the next few weeks.
US, Canada, Australia: Your games (and accessories) are currently being loaded onto containers for shipment.
Europe: Some of the accessories were loaded in December. The rest will be loaded ahead of Chinese New Year.
We're waiting for a firm timeline from the shipping companies and will share that information in next week's update.

Wave 1 Shipping Now

Hello backers,
Wave 1
US- Games have arrived and our waiting in the que Its unfortunately a busy season and we’re waiting for shipping confirmation. It could begin any day now.
EU- Complete
UK- Games are expected to arrive at the UK warehouse any day. You should receive a tracking number from Zatu once your order ships.
Wave 2
Samples are being sent to our team for final approval before being loaded onto containers and sent out to each hub.
We loaded one EU container already to beat holiday traffic trusting the factory. If there are any issues we’ll send another batch. The wave 2 container for the EU should arrive in mid January.
